Consistent communication with key partners and leaders in your community is a great way to build bridges and nurture strategic relationships. As you partner with civic leaders and community organizations it is important to track, measure and report the impact you are having. An annual Mayor’s Report will let the city leaders know how much impact your church has in the community. It will help them appreciate your church’s presence and service in the community, as well as provide a good launching pad for new ideas on how to partner in the future.
